Last days of the summer term are very strange occasions. It is so lovely to have the Leavers’ Assembly and to see children going around school getting their shirts signed and to hear children enjoying their disco – I can hear “Glad You Came” (by The Wanted) blaring out with children shouting and singing over it!
I really hope that the Y6 (soon to be Y7) still feel part of Ivanhoe School. I hope that over the summer holiday they will all blog us a photo to head@ivanhoe.doncaster.sch.uk and let us see what they are doing…
Life goes on. In the autumn we will have about 240 children in this ever-growing school, and we hope to become an academy, and we hope to continue to give our children a fantastic education in the widest sense…
HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!
